Online Booking & Tour Operator Notice:
Online tour reservations, scheduling and ticket payments on this website are facilitated through the Bokun booking engine (a Tripadvisor company). 4Travellers provides private passenger transportation, transfers, and chauffeur services, and acts as a booking partner/agent for guided sightseeing experiences. Specific tour operator credentials, licensing, terms of participation, and cancellation policies are presented directly within the Bokun checkout widget prior to contract completion.

2. What Data We Collect

We only collect the personal data you provide to us directly:

  • Contact form submissions - full name, email address, phone number, selected service and your message
  • Direct contact - details you share by phone, email or WhatsApp when enquiring about a tour or transfer
  • Booking data - when you book a tour through our online booking widget, your name, contact details and payment information are collected and processed by our booking partner, Bokun (see Section 5)

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your personal data to:

  • Respond to your enquiries and provide quotes for tours and transfers
  • Organise, confirm and deliver the services you book with us
  • Communicate with you before, during and after your trip (e.g. pickup arrangements)
  • Meet our legal and accounting obligations

We process your data on the basis of your consent (contact form), the performance of a contract (bookings), and our legitimate interest in operating and improving our services, in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR / RODO).
