Max was friendly and made us feel excited for our trip. He worked hard to keep everything running to schedule and helped answer questions as well as give additional information. We really enjoyed our trip and Max was fab at queuing for us, explaining protocols and giving tips and tricks. The tour itself was so interesting and a definite must for visitors to Krakow. Had a very insightful experiences on this tour, lots to make the mind ponder. Fees were what you would expect for a pickup, drop off and full guided tour with admission tickets organised for you Time spent at both Auschwitz and Birkenau was more than enough Wasn’t too busy, could still move around and see everything easily Guide was great! I went on the trip today with my two daughters and thoroughly enjoyed it. The pickup was prompt and on time, and our driver Max was amazing, friendly and very knowledgeable, talking to us all the way there. Our guide was Magna who was also very knowledgeable and answered any questions we had. Thoroughly enjoyed our day and it was very good value for money.
