A half-day descent into an underground world of salt chapels, sculptures and crystal lakes, just 30 minutes from Kraków.
The Wieliczka Salt Mine is one of Poland's most extraordinary attractions and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Carved out over 700 years of continuous mining, the mine's underground galleries stretch for over 300 km — yet the guided tourist route reveals only the most spectacular 3.5 km of chambers, chapels and salt crystal lakes.
Our private half-day tour takes you from your hotel in Kraków directly to the mine entrance, just 30 minutes away. You'll descend 135 metres underground with a private English-speaking guide and experience the awe-inspiring Chapel of St. Kinga — a fully functioning church hewn entirely from salt, complete with chandeliers made of salt crystals.
